Complete the Onboarding Form that captures all details about your goals, brand, and vision. This form guides you through the necessary information we need and provides space to share existing business assets (photos, copy, account logins).

During a 60-minute Zoom call, we'll discuss your project, conceptualise a new vision for your brand, and outline your website structure. Following the call, we'll provide a written summary report that outlines the agreed concept and the subsequent steps.

If you purchased a Brand Consultancy Package, we’ll collaborate on setting a strategic direction for your brand, ensuring clarity in your audience definition, service range structure, and market positioning.

If you purchased an SEO Boost Package, we’ll conduct competitor and keyword research to develop a comprehensive SEO strategy. This includes an SEO Content Brief with primary and secondary keywords for each page of your website and guidance on their integration into your copy.

If you purchased a Copywriting Package, we’ll delve into the essence of your brand to uncover and articulate your story. We’ll develop SEO-optimised website content that includes a brand introduction, mission, who you are, and brand values statements, as well as service descriptions.

If you purchased a Brand Identity Design Package, we'll develop a cohesive vision for your brand identity, delivering a comprehensive brand system including logos, colours, typography, and more, captured in a detailed brand guidelines document.

We’ll begin by creating a homepage concept to gather detailed feedback, followed by a revision call to ensure alignment with your expectations.

We’ll continue collaborating through design phases, feedback loops, and revision calls to create all website pages and additional functionalities.

We’ll conclude the development by creating all secondary website views (tablet, mobile, non-standardised desktop screens), integration of external software, and a final feedback form for your approval and sign-off. 

Post-development, our SEO experts will optimise your website backend and images. Concurrently, our design experts will perform final technical checks to ensure optimal functionality.

We’ll schedule the final training session to help you navigate and manage your website, offering an opportunity for any last-minute tweaks.

We’ll connect your site to your domain provider and Google Search Console, which allows for previewing the website live while maintaining privacy.

Our Accounts Team will be in touch with your final invoice, allowing us to formalise the project conclusion, transfer copyrights, and handover all creative assets and deliverables.

Congratulations, we’re now ready to launch your website, making it accessible worldwide. After launch, you’ll still have 10  business days to request any final adjustments.
